Matt White is a Partner in KNP Communications. Matt specializes in media coaching and digital strategy, helping clients hone their message, strengthen their presence, and align their communications across traditional and online platforms. Over the last 15 years, Matt has helped prepare leaders of policy and advocacy organizations, guests and contributors to mainstream media outlets, and speakers at the Democratic National Convention. Matt previously co-founded Upswing Strategies, which merged with KNP in January 2023. Matt also helped launch the Progressive Talent Initiative, a first of its kind media training and booking operation where he was a go-to resource for pundits and producers at CNN, MSNBC, FOX News, and many other news outlets. He holds a BA from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Sociology and Media Studies.
