Emma Sprague is Managing Partner of KNP Communications. She has 15 years of experience designing and executing high engagement and high impact group training programs for leading national foundations, nonprofit, policy and advocacy organizations. Emma has honed an individual coaching practice focused on amplifying the voices of successful women and young leaders across sectors. In addition to communications coaching, Emma has a wealth of experience in management and high-visibility event execution. Emma previously co-founded Upswing Strategies, which merged with KNP in January 2023. Emma holds a BA from Bates College and a MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She serves on the Bates Board of Trustees and as an advisor to investment firm Tercera.
