Alexa Polmer Spencer is a seasoned expert in helping people effectively engage and connect with their audience. She has over 10 years of experience helping organizations connect their message with their values; guiding leaders, and emerging leaders, to stand confidently behind their words; and helping young professionals find their voice in the workplace. Her approach is rooted both in her background as a theater director and teacher where she honed her skills in vocal production, content organization and presence; as well as social science methodology. In 2013 she co-founded Persuasive Performances, which became the legal training arm of KNP Communications. Today she works with all manner of professionals so that they are prepared to speak confidently when the stakes are high. She holds a BA with honors from Vassar College and an MFA in Directing from Trinity Rep Conservatory.
